Terms of Sale:

All prices are in US Dollars. For customers with approved credit, we offer payment terms of Net 30 days from Invoice date. Payment may also be made by Visa or MasterCard. Orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA; Shipping and Handling Charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Duties and taxes are not included and are to be paid by the customer. The usual shipping method is United Parcel Service.

Warranty:

The HackettGroup Interface and Adapter Cables are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of delivery. We will repair or replace components that prove to be defective during the warranty period, provided the defective product is returned to The HackettGroup. No other warranty is expressed or implied. We are not liable for consequential damage.

Returns:

Cables are built to order and all sales are final. Authorization and instructions for return of any product must be obtained in advance from The HackettGroup. Returned goods must be clean and appropriately packaged. Goods returned without advance authorization may be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
